Lost or Stolen Visa Credit Card
Immediately phone the 24-hour Visa hotline at 1-866-604-0381 to report your card lost or stolen. It is critical that you make this call as soon as possible after misplacing your card. You should also telephone our office at 440-449-8383 or 440-483-4703 to report the incident.

The next time you use your Visa Card when you shop online, you'll be asked to activate Verified by Visa. That's because your card is now equipped with Verified by Visa-it password protects your card for free.
